Is being the best the best
Working restlessly to one day rest
Lest
The goal is not the best but the true
Embracing you, not him or who
For
There can only be one winner in a race
Maybe we should all pursue our own chase
Difficult
Is chasing others dreams
When it should be so much more natural than it seems
Yet
Working hard won’t feel like work
When you’re doing what you want, scratching that irk
Soon
You will be the real you
Won’t look like it, but you grew
They
They’ll look up to who’ve you’ve become
And hopefully march to the beat of their own drum
